Leeds Chaophraya is the original in the rapidly expanding Chao restaurant chain owned by Martin Stead and Kim Kaewkraikhot this, coupled with the fact that Leeds is Mr Stead's home town, meant JMDA had to produce something very special. Following on the heels of the opulent Glasgow site, this was no small challenge.
The original and successful Leeds site was housed within
the first floor of the mixed use development Blayds Court and when the ground
floor, a former high-end furniture store, became available the owners grabbed
the opportunity with both hands.
Throughout the restaurant there is a feeling of relaxed
sophistication and style, whilst the Palm Sugar bar captures the energy and
ambition which Leeds is famous for.
Chaophraya Leeds has written another successful chapter
in the evolution of the chain.
