La Clique... Watch This Space...
La Clique 'Fletchers' is due to open this year in Tamworth, Staffordshire...
Following a blaze which ripped through the Tamworth nightclub destroying the entire ground floor, JMDA have been appointed to create the new bar & nightclub on Silver Street.
Rising like a Phoenix from the flames, we are very excited to be a part of this new venture working alongside La Clique to bring this new concept to the people of Tamworth
The Marine Hotel - Now Open!
The Marine Hotel, Whitstable, Kent is now open...
The full re-development project for this flagship Hotel for Shepherd Neame is now complete and opened in March 2013.
JMDA have employed a nautical theme for this sea-front property but given it a 21st centrury twist with New England influence, our full duties included a full design package including interior and architectural, sourcing / ordering FF&E, statutory authority submissions, project management & cost control

Marriott Sunderland Reception - Complete!!
JMDA have successfully delivered the new Marriott Sunderland Reception, the extent of the works included new entrance and lobby including FF&E procurement and male & female toilet refurbishments...

The Marine Hotel - 4 Weeks & Counting...
Only 4 weeks to go... we are all very excited after almost a year on site The Marine Hotel in Whitstable Kent is due to re-open in April 2013 with all new en-suite accommodation, function suite, bar, restaurant, coffee lounge, orangery & terrace... watch this space!

Marriott News...
JMDA have transformed the front face & circulation space of the Sunderland reception. Through a new contemporary palette of colours and new FF&E, JMDA have been appointed lead designer for the project and works begin Friday 15th March and are due to complete Wednesday 29th May 2013...
After a successful tender package of drawings and recent final works approval by head office, leisure refurbishment works begin at Marriott Huntingdon Monday 25th February...
As part of the overall project works at Worsley Park JMDA created an extension to the former Spikes Bar and create a new 'Tempo Bar' which included planning & Building Regulations Approval and officially opens Tuesday 19th February
The Anchor Inn @ Seatown
JMDA, through a project presentation pitch have successfully been appointed as lead designers / project managers by Palmers Brewery for The Anchor Inn @ Seatown.
This 'The Jewel in the Crown' for Palmers will be a fantastic project for JMDA to work on alongside Palmers and just so you know it has the best views of the Jurassic Coastline...!
